Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OnlineFastTrack.lk ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including students, tutors, and any other visitors or users of our services.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have parental consent
• Each user may maintain only one active account

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users

Educational Services

Course Content and Materials

• All course materials are proprietary to OnlineFastTrack.lk or licensed for our use
• Content is provided for educational purposes only and may not be redistributed
• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but make no guarantees
• Course schedules and content may be subject to change

Student Obligations

• Attend scheduled sessions and participate actively in learning
• Complete assignments and assessments as required
• Respect other students and tutors during online sessions
• Use provided materials solely for personal educational purposes

Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment

• All fees must be paid in advance according to the selected payment plan
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to services

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of course commencement
• Refunds are prorated based on unused portion of the course
• Processing fees and administrative charges are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OnlineFastTrack.lk and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
• User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants us license to use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineFastTrack.lk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

Termination

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team
• Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• We may discontinue the Platform with 30 days' notice to users
• Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be provided

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
